3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. q8bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice in the event of a breach of these terms.

• An account may be suspended if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts will be terminated.
• An account will be terminated if an attempt is made to exploit system errors.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Terms

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on q8bet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods).
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making your total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus.
• Not all games may contribute equally to bonus wagering.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer has its own applicable terms and conditions.
• q8bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
